Sir, 10 years ago, a twenty years boy of our street eloped with a 15 years girl. There was no clue of them for so long time but a FIR of the same is still lodged (existed). Some days back he was witnessed by someone with the same girl along with two children. Will he be still arrested and prosecuted?

Sir, I deal in printing press of printing flax. Someone had got some flaxes printed by us. Oneday a bord fitter was fixing a board on a wall. Area police officer caught him doing so. On made enquiry the board fitter disclosed our name. Two Policemen came over my factory. The Head Constable threatened me, “you will have to go to jail under West Bangal Prevention of Defacement of Property Act.” He falsely showed us paper proceedings. I was of afraid. I gave him five thousand rupees against not registering a case. Was Policeman’s threat right ?

Even in childhood, my parents died. One my relative had sent me to orphanage. Coming to my age thirteen, I was taken out of the orphanage. Because of bad society, I had to go to jail of the minors for one year. Now I am Car Mechanic. On my personal experience I can say that there is no difference of decorum between reforms remand house and orphanage. Secondly, Government employees working in these institutions are absolutely insensible, careless, inefficient and have no passion to the
